Chuck Rigby has been a serial entrepreneur, patent holder and technology innovator throughout his career, including initial development of the UVoT (UV of Things) platform of Varitex.

Prior experiences include senior executive positions at both start-up entities and publicly traded companies. Mr. Rigby was Senior VP managing a division of a $460M NASDAQ company. Another recent venture, HiLumz USA LLC is an LED lighting manufacturer founded by Mr. Rigby and sold to an investment group.

During Mr. Rigby’s tenure, HiLumz was a recipient of the Technology Association of Georgia’s “Top 40 Innovative Technology Companies” for two consecutive years.
